Shipping policy
We want to make sure your coffee reaches you as fresh and quickly as possible. All our orders are roasted to order, which means we require at least 1 working day before dispatch. We aim to ship within 3 working days of your order being placed.
UK Shipping
- Delivery on all orders over £35 = Free
- Delivery on all orders under £35 = £5.50
Please note: delivery times are estimates. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Overseas Shipping
We do not currently offer standard international shipping at checkout. If you would like to place an order from outside the UK, please contact us at orders@heartland.coffee for more information.
