Wholesale Account Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing and Currency

Currency: All prices are listed and payable in GBP (£).

Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we value our partnership and will always endeavour to provide as much notice as possible regarding any upcoming price adjustments.
2. Payment Terms

New Accounts: Immediate payment terms apply to all new customers. Upon placing an order, you will receive an invoice via email to your provided accounts contact. Orders will be processed for dispatch once payment is received in full.

Credit Accounts: Customers may contact us to request a move to credit terms. Approval is granted at our sole discretion.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via BACS, Xero Online Payment, and via our Point of Sale (POS) system at the Roastery. All transactions are processed through secure, approved third-party providers.
3. 30-Day Credit Terms
Where 30-day credit terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing:

Due Date: Payment must be received in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Credit Limits: We reserve the right to set a maximum credit limit on your account. Orders exceeding this limit will require a balance payment before processing.

Late Payments: If an account falls into arrears, we reserve the right to:

Suspend all future deliveries until the balance is cleared.

Withdraw credit facilities and revert the account to "Immediate Payment" status.

Charge interest on overdue balances at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum.
4. Orders and Delivery

Order Fulfillment: While we strive for promptness, dispatch is subject to our roasting schedule and stock availability.

Retention of Title: All goods remain the property of the Roastery until payment is received in full.

Shipping Issues: Any discrepancies, damages, or short-shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Quality and Returns

Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was delivered.

Storage: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the coffee is stored in appropriate conditions (cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight) upon receipt.
