AeroPress Brew Guide

A fun and versatile brew method—whether you’re after a quick cup or aiming for world championship precision.

  • Grind Size: Medium (like sugar)

  • Coffee to Water Ratio: 1:16 (e.g. 12g coffee to 200ml water)

  • Water Temperature: 93-96°C

  • Brew Time: ~2 minutes

 

How to Brew

 

  1. Insert a paper filter into the AeroPress cap, rinse it and attach it to the brewer.

  2. Add ground coffee to the chamber and place it over your cup or server.

  3. Pour in 200ml of hot water in one steady pour.

  4. Stir thoroughly to ensure all grounds are saturated.

  5. Insert the plunger just enough to create a seal—this stops the brew from dripping.

  6. Wait 2 minutes.

  7. Slowly press the plunger all the way down.

  8. Serve and enjoy your rich, smooth brew.
